These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Aerex Associates LLP ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://aerex.net (the “Service”).

2. Description of the Service
Aerex provides access to artificial intelligence tools that generate text and other content using third-party AI models, including OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, and Groq (“Third-Party AI Providers”).
Aerex acts as an interface and orchestration layer and does not independently generate AI content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Tokens, Payments & Pricing
Aerex operates on a token-based system. Tokens are purchased manually and are used to access AI features within the platform. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic renewals.
Token prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at our discretion. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds are required under applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Acceptable Use
- Illegal, unlawful, or harmful activities
- Abusive, harassing, or exploitative content
- Fraud, phishing, scams, or malware generation
- Violation of intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempts to bypass safeguards or usage limits
- Violation of third-party AI provider policies
8. AI-Generated Content
All outputs are generated automatically by AI systems and are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using AI-generated content. Aerex makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability.
9. Third-Party Services
Inputs and outputs may be processed by third-party AI providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Aerex is not responsible for third-party services, availability, or outputs.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Aerex Associates LLP.
Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated content depend on applicable law and the terms of the relevant third-party AI provider.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Tokens spent prior to suspension are not refundable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerex LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
